About the Role
Huha is entering a critical growth phase, and we’re hiring our first full-time Director of Supply Chain & Logistics to build and lead this function end-to-end.
This role owns the operational supply chain — production planning, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment — ensuring product moves efficiently from factory to customer. This role works closely with C-Suite, Product and external partners to support in sourcing, costings and to execute production and delivery with precision.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can plug in immediately, bring structure to complexity, and build scalable systems that support rapid growth without unnecessary headcount.
What You’ll Do
Supply Chain Operations & Production
- Own day-to-day supply chain execution from production planning through finished goods delivery
- Build and manage production calendars to ensure manufacturing partners meet deadlines, for both new developments and restock production
- Maintain and optimize lead times, production schedules (materials & garments), and material requirements
- Ensure supply chain readiness for launches, promotions, and peak sales periods
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans across teams
- Continuously improve systems, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and scalability
Inventory Planning & Purchasing
- Own inventory strategy in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams
- Translate demand planning inputs into purchasing and production plans
- Manage ordering cycles to meet sales targets while minimizing stockouts and overstock
- Track inventory across all warehouses and locations
- Oversee and approve forecasts and purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods
Logistics, Warehousing & Fulfillment
- Oversee inbound and outbound freight, import/export coordination, and timelines
- Optimize relationships with 3PL and warehousing partners, and ensure 3PL executes per set KPIs and SLA, via weekly touchpoints and regular reporting
- Ensure inventory flows predictably and efficiently through the supply chain
- Manage costs and optimize shipping options to reduce expedited shipping costs
- Lead logistics planning and execution for peak periods
Leadership, Team & Reporting
- Lead and develop the Supply Chain & Logistics function
- Manage and mentor a small team, including a mid-junior employee, in collaboration with a senior contractor
- Design a scalable team structure that supports growth without over-hiring
- Own departmental reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
- Partner with Finance and Operations leadership on data accuracy and visibility
- Build a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement
Who You Are
- 5–7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics leadership

- Apparel, fashion, or consumer goods experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

- Comfortable operating cross-functionally and with overseas partners
- Scrappy, proactive, and execution-oriented — with the ability to build for scale
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
- Clear ownership and end-to-end visibility into inventory, production, and logistics (PO → factory calendars→ freight → warehouse)
- Predictable execution for launches, reorders, and peak periods
- Material reduction in stockouts, overstock, and expedited freight
- Scalable systems and processes that support growth without excess headcount
- Strong cross-functional trust and clear decision-making frameworks
- Successful workback schedules from warehouse receipt dates
- Successful factory production calendars & capacity alignment
- Milestone tracking (PP approval, bulk start, ex-factory date)
