We are a small but dedicated team with great ambitions. As a fast-growing startup, we believe that if we set our minds to a unified goal and work together to achieve it, the sky is the limit. Since our inception, we have doubled our growth year-over-year, given back to dozens of wonderful charities, and garnered tens of thousands of loyal customers who believe what we believe: that comfort is more important than vanity.

About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Senior Product Developer to help bring innovative women’s intimates and apparel products to life — from concept to market. You’ll collaborate closely with our Product Designer, Product Developer and cross-functional teams to turn design ideas into well-executed products. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
You’ll own tech packs, lead fittings, manage supplier communications, and ensure materials and samples meet quality standards — all while keeping an eye on timelines, costs, and sustainability standards. If you're passionate about product integrity, creative problem-solving, and making ideas real, this role is for you.

- Own pattern and grading, working closely with factory pattern-makers and sample makers to comment on and adjust patterns to achieve fit intention.
- Oversee sample quality control including construction accuracy and optimization
Fittings and Fit Optimization
- Lead and schedule fit sessions: book models, coordinate fittings, and document outcomes
- Build internal processes and programs to enhance team member wear testing and feedback loops, improving new product development and existing product quality
- Drive structured product feedback loops by capturing insights from customer care, reviews, and other channels, and translate them into actionable improvements through established product integrity processes
- Suggest pattern changes and measurement adjustments to improve fit and functionality
- Write clear and actionable fit comments and communicate them directly with factory partners, ensuring there’s clarity and understanding
- Build out a best-in-class technical fit framework and philosophy
